tasty morsel




This is a tasty little bite to have with drinks.
I bought the Rustic Sourdough loaf with Olives from Coles and cut slices on the angle. Next I sprayed a little olive oil on one side and put the slices in the sandwich press for a minute or so.  I put some beautiful local extra virgin olive oil in a dish with some balsamic syrup and served it all with a chilled sauvignon blanc.  Mucho bella!
 The secret ingredient is the Balsamic Sauce that I bought from Via Boffe in Mornington.
